    • If the pre-assessment is successfully completed, clients are prompted to schedule a consultation

  3. Scheduling a Consultation: Setting Up for Success

    • Clients select a doctor and a convenient time for their video consultation

    • To confirm the booking, clients are pre-authorized for:

      • The cost of the consultation.

      • The cost of the lowest dose of the prescribed medication

    • Clients can also apply any available coupons for additional savings

  4. Doctor Consultation: Personalized Care

    • At the scheduled time, clients meet with the doctor via a secure video call

    • During this session, the doctor assesses their health and prescribes a dosage tailored to their needs

  5. Medication Order: Easy and Hassle-Free

    • If the doctor prescribes the lowest dose:

      • The medication order is automatically sent to the pharmacy

      • Clients receive email and SMS notifications confirming their order

    • If the doctor prescribes a higher dose:

      • The client will need to place the order manually so that the client knows the updated price

      • Clients receive email and SMS notifications to place their order

  6. Medication Shipment: Stay Informed Every Step of the Way

    • Once the medication is shipped:

      • Clients and business admins receive an email with tracking details, ensuring transparency and peace of mind


Monthly Refill Process

  1. Day 18: Time for a Re-Assessment

    • On the 18th day of the program (calculated from the delivery date of the first month’s medication):

      • Clients receive an email and SMS reminder to complete a re-assessment

  2. Re-Assessment: Convenient and Simple

    • The re-assessment involves answering a brief set of medical and health-related questions

    • This is an asynchronous consultation, meaning no video call is needed

    • Responses are securely sent to the doctor for review

  3. Updated Prescription: Tailored for You

    • The doctor reviews the re-assessment and decides whether to:

      • Adjust the dosage

      • Continue with the same dosage as the previous month

  4. Medication Order: Seamless and Automatic

    • Once the doctor finalizes the prescription:

      • The medication order is automatically placed with the pharmacy

      • Clients are notified via email and SMS about the updated order

  5. Medication Shipment: Track Your Progress
