How to Sign Up or Sign In as a client

Step 1: Please enter your Email ID and Password to Sign in and access your appointments and book medications. If you are a new customer, please click on Sign up.

Step 2: Please enter your First Name, Last Name, Email ID, Phone number, Date of Birth, Gender, Height and Weight. After entering the details, please click on Next.

Step 3: Please Enter your driver’s license number. This is an optional field and you may skip entering it, but in case you wish to place order of Testosterone Replacement Therapy, your driver’s license number will be required to place the medication order.

Step 4: Please enter you address by searching it in the input box. Country, State, City and Zipcode will automatically be populated. You will also see the selected address once you select it from the dropdown. Please manually enter Apartment number, Suite, unit number if any. We use this address to place your medication order.

Step 5: Enter your desired password and create your account.
