Requesting a payout

Step 1: Log in to Backoffice Manager Portal Business Admin account

Step 2: Go to Earnings section from the Main Menu

Step 3: Select Commissions Balance

Step 4: Select Request Payout in the right hand corner

You can request a payout anytime for the amount available for payout. In the given example, the business has requested a $200 payout, shown in the Pending Payout Box. This $200 is pending, meaning it hasn't been paid out by VSDH One yet. Payouts typically take 2-3 days to be processed. Once processed, you can view them in the Payouts section.

Note: Payouts are sent via eCheck to the email address you have registered your Business account with.
