In the earnings section you can see your businesses current commission balance, commissions earned by your business and payouts received by your business. This is also where you can request a payout.
When you open the earnings section you will see 3 sub sections:
Commission Balance
Commission
Payout
Businesses are paid out via e-check to the main default admin account’s email on file
Payouts occur every Tuesday and Friday upon payout submission request
To request a payout Business Admins can do so by logging into the Backoffice Manager Portal into their Admin account and going to Earnings > you can see your commissions and request a payout accordingly
