Please follow the below steps to have your custom URL enabled for the web booking link
Step 1:
If you are currently using your domain for an existing website you must set up a subdomain e.g. book.vsdhone.com.
This is done by logging into your domain name on for example Godaddy and adding a CNAME record in your domain settings.
The following values need to be added in that CNAME record:
● Type - CNAME
● Name - this can be anything you wish to use, in my example I used ‘book’ ● Value - vsdigital-bookingwidget-prod.azurewebsites.net
Step 2:
Add the following TXT record:
● Type - TXT
● Name - asuid.book (book is the value I choose for Name in step 1, you must use the same value you have chosen in Step 1)

Step 3:
Inform support@healthcareprosoft.com that you have completed Step 1 and Step 2. Once verification is completed on our side your new URL is ready and we will inform you.
In the above example my URL was changed from
https://vsdigital-bookingwidget-prod.azurewebsites.net/widget-business/dwzsf
to
https://book.vsdhone.com/widget-business/dwzsf
