How to Add a Coupon
Coupons are an excellent way to get your first client, provide discounts to repeat clients, and give your affiliates a personalised code to share and earn revenue.
Go to Back Office Manager -
Click Marketing > Coupons
Click + Add Coupon
Fill the coupon creation form
Click Save
General Settings
Coupon Name: Enter the name of the coupon. This will be for your business purpose only. This is not something you will share with clients.
Coupon Code: Set the coupon code that the client are enter during the checkout to get the discount.
Discount Type: You may select between 1. Fixed amount ($) and 2. Percentage (%)
Discount Value: Value of the discount for the coupon code.
Coupon Status: Please set it to Active or In-Active based on your needs. Note: Status will show expired when the coupon is expired, that is when its past its validity date.
Heading: (Non Mandatory) You may add a headline to your coupon. It's not visible to the clients anywhere right now.

Coupon Restrictions
Validity Start Date: Please set the start date for the coupon validity
Validity End Date: Please set the end date for the coupon validity. Post this date, the coupon will be set to expire.
Valid for Services and Add Ons: You may select services for which you want the coupon to be valid for.
Is this coupon applicable to all clients?
If you select No, then you will see a dropdown where you can select the clients you want the coupon to be valid for.
If you select “Yes”, the coupon will be valid for all the clients.
Can this coupon be applied multiple times by the same client?
Set this field as Yes or No, if you want your clients to be able to use this coupon code multiple times
Do you want this coupon to be applied to consecutive monthly medication orders made by the client?
Each GLP1 program consists of subsequent monthly medication orders. If you want the coupon to be auto applied to the subsequent monthly medication purchases made by the client, please select "Yes" from the dropdown, otherwise select "No"

Edit a Coupon
You can edit Coupon details within the Back Office Manager. Please log into back office manager and click Marketing > Coupons. Search for the coupon that you want to edit. Click on the Edit icon.
How to Delete a Coupon
You can delete Coupon details within the Back Office Manager. Please log into back office manager and click Marketing > Coupons. Search for the coupon that you want to delete. Click on the delete icon.

Coupon Usage
Select Marketing > Coupons > Edit Icon > Coupon Usage
This will list out all the bookings in which the selected coupon is used. Click on the View icon to see the booking details
