Affiliates

An affiliate is a partner who promotes products or services in exchange for a commission on sales generated through their referral efforts.

⚠️ Important Note: Any affiliate that you create will be created on the parent level. This means that if you login to business admin accounts of one of your locations, and then create an affiliate, that affiliate will be created for all your locations. For example: You login to VSDH One - California and create an affiliate then that affiliate will be created for all your locations across US.

⚠️ Affiliates earn a commission each time a booking is made through their unique affiliate link, as well as when their associated coupon code is used—provided the affiliate is linked to that coupon

Adding an affiliate

When adding an Affiliate, there are two parts: Creating the Affiliate (the person who will be promoting your business), and creating the Affiliate Reward (how the Affiliate will be making money).

This can be done in the back office manager by following the steps below:

1. From the main menu, Click Affiliates >Add Affiliate

2. Enter the details needed > click Save

You can add as many Affiliates/ Affiliate Commission as you would like, when creating them you can decide to pay them a percentage or fixed amount. Below we describe the different types of Affiliate Rewards you can setup.

Business Commission

Commission Type can be

• Fixed amount

• Percentage of the selling price of medication

• Percentage of the Business net profit

• Percentage of Gross amount

Commission: Once you select Commission type, you may enter commission value. This is what goes to the affiliate

Is Royalty Affiliate: This should be set to Yes, only in case you want this affiliate to receive commission for all the bookings of your business. If this is set to yes, then this affilaite will receive commissions for bookings brought by other affiliates.

Set this as No, in case you want this affiliate to receive commission only for the bookings done through their affiliate specific URL.

Once you click save on the above screen, URL for the affiliate will automatically be generated.

Affiliate can log into the web app (any state booking URL), and go to Affiliate Dashboard

Coupon Commission

Coupon:

Select a coupon that you have created in Marketing>Coupons. This coupon will then be applied to the bookings that comes through the affiliate URL generated after this configuration is saved

Commission Type can be

• Fixed amount

• Percentage of the selling price of medication

• Percentage of the Business net profit

• Percentage of Gross amount

Commission: Once you select Commission type, you may enter commission value. This is what goes to the affiliate

Once you save the coupon configuration, you will receive the Affiliate URL. Any client that books through this URL will have the coupon automatically applied and the affiliate will receive the commission as defined.

Affiliate can log into the web app (any state booking URL), and go to Affiliate Dashboard>Commission Balance

Service Commission

This will pay an affiliate a percentage or fixed amount from any sale your business makes of the chosen service.

Affiliate payout

Affiliates can log on to any of the state business URLs and view Affiliate Dashboard on the top navigation. Affiliates shall go to Affiliate Dashboard>Affiliate commission to view all the commission and then request payout. Once Payout is requested, an e-check will be sent to their email.
