November 26, 2024 - Update 1.59
Easily manage multi-state businesses with our new Business Linkage feature!
Now, a single parent business links to all 50 state-specific child businesses (e.g., "Business Name CA").
Affiliates can link to the parent business once, gaining access to all child businesses—ideal for nationwide promotions.
Additionally, a new parent widget URL prompts users to select their state, redirecting them to the relevant child business booking page.
Note: VSDH One team will set up parent and child businesses for each business.
Unique Affiliate Booking URL Generation
Affiliates can now have unique booking URLs generated automatically upon being added as an affiliate for a business.
These URLs are designed to ensure that affiliates can easily direct clients to the business’s booking page.
If businesses create a coupon with a certain discount and associate that to an affiliate, that specified coupon will automatically be applied at checkout, simplifying the discount process for clients and increasing potential conversions.
Affiliate Commission Tracking in Back Office
Admins now have the ability to track affiliate commissions directly from the back office.
Detailed reports on affiliate performance, bookings, and corresponding commissions enable admins to monitor the impact of affiliate partnerships and streamline payout processes.
These updates streamline the process for businesses leveraging affiliates, providing better booking experiences for clients and comprehensive affiliate management tools for admins.
Place Medication Orders for Clients from Back Office
Business Admins can now place medication orders on behalf of clients directly from the back office.This option will be available based on the current order status, providing better flexibility and control over client orders.
Admins can now view if a discount coupon was applied by the client when reviewing orders. Admins also have the ability to add, remove, or update discount coupons directly while placing medication orders, offering enhanced control over client discounts.
Request Payout from Back Office
Business Admins now have the option to request a payout directly from the back office.
This feature streamlines the payout process, allowing admins to efficiently manage and request payouts without switching to mobile app
Business Admin Dashboard Flash Cards
New flash cards have been added to the Business Admin Dashboard for quick insights:
Sales: Overview of total sales generated.
Total Sales: A cumulative figure representing all sales.
Total Profit: Net profit generated by the business.
Total Number of Orders: Total count of orders processed, providing insights into order volume.
These updates provide a more comprehensive toolset for Business Admins, empowering them to manage client orders, handle discounts, streamline payout requests, and gain valuable insights from the dashboard while staying the back office. Business admins will not have to rely on mobile app for their day to day operations.

Improved User Experience:
We’ve upgraded several areas to make things smoother for the client:
Sign-Up Process: Easier and more intuitive, especially for users signing up on mobile devices. We’ve also completely revamped the date picker to make this process much easier.
Medical Consent and Service Forms: Streamlined for a faster, hassle-free experience. We have put medical consent form and service forms if any at the checkout screen
Checkout & Payment: A more seamless and transparent process for adding and selecting payment cards.
New Features for Business Admins:
Admins who manage more than one business can now view users and client reports for all associated businesses, thus you will be able to view and export users across all 50 states
Admins can now create coupons across multiple businesses at once, a feature that will have high impact on your marketing initiatives
September 10, 2024 - Update 1.57
Custom URLs for Web Booking: Businesses will soon have the ability to create custom URLs for their web booking apps, offering a more personalized and cohesive experience for your clients. This feature allows you to align the booking experience with your brand, making it easier for clients to remember and access your booking platform. A custom URL also enhances your brand’s credibility and professionalism, helping to build trust with your clients
Automated Re-Assessment Notification: On the 18th day of your program, clients will receive an email reminder to fill out your re-assessment. Clients will be able to take the assessment via the web app and upon filling the Assessment, client will only be pre-authorised for the lowest medication dose vial.
Asynchronous Doctor Review: Once a client completes the re-assessment, it will be sent directly to the healthcare provider (HCP) for review, allowing them to adjust client’s treatment as needed without the need for a live consultation.
Program Adjustment by Doctors: If the doctor decides to increase client’s dosage, the client will be notified that their dosage has been updated and the medication has been shipped. Appropriate charges will be applied to the client’s credit card based on the dosage selected by the HCP.
If the doctor decides to stop a client’s program, the the client will be notified that continuing the medication is not recommended, and no further charges will be applied. A doctor can also recommend the client to do a synchronous (Video) consultation in case the assessment isn’t enough to make a decision for the dosage update. Client will have an option to do so from the web app.
Web App Now Fully Capable for Service bookings requiring lab tests — Mobile App not Required: We’re excited to enhance our web app's functionality, making it fully self-sufficient for booking consultations that require lab work. Clients can now complete all necessary actions directly through the web platform, without the need to install or use the mobile app. This improvement simplifies the user experience, providing a seamless and convenient way to manage bookings and lab requirements entirely from the web app.
September 2, 2024 - Update 1.56 ✅
We've introduced new user experience for the client web booking flow allowing for increased customer acquisition and streamlined booking flow to enhance business revenue. Additionally, we've made improvements to the medication charging process, coupon creation and sales report user experience
Smarter Medication Billing: To simplify client’s billing process, we’ll start by pre-authorizing the lowest cost medication vial, with any additional charges only applied if a higher dose is prescribed by the Doctor. In subsequent monthly medication order as well, customer will be charged the lowest medication vial fee with additional charge showing up as a separate transaction. This will allow for low refund requests and user-friendly billing experience.
Enhanced Coupon Creation: We’re making it simpler to create and manage coupons with a more intuitive user experience. As a business, you will have three separate sections to fill for creating a coupon successfully - General Settings, Coupon Restrictions and Coupon Listing Appearance.
General Settings - This will allow you to set basic details of the coupon such as Name, Code, Discount type and value.
Coupon Restrictions - This will allow you to set restrictions or create rules around the coupon such as validity period, service based coupons and client specific coupons.
Coupon Listing Appearance - This is currently optional since it affects the visibility of the coupon the mobile app only. More update on this in October release
Web Booking Overhaul: Expect a refreshed and more user-friendly design for our web booking platform, making it easier than ever to schedule your services.
