User type Functions

Business Administrator:

• Manages their VSDH One account

• Ability to set up Business profile details

• Can add/manage Facilities, Services, Coupons, Memberships, Payroll Structure, additional workforce such as Clinical Service Providers and Receptionists and more

• Can add bookings for Clients

• Back Office Manager (desktop web portal)

• Able to get paid out via e-check. No need to connect your bank account

Receptionist:

• Can pre-book appointments and telehealth consultations for Clients

• Reschedule, Cancel or edit current bookings on behalf of the Clients

Client:

• Has access to their own version of booking portal and profile account

• Clients are able to book appointments with any Business and Healthcare Professional through the direct booking link/ QR Code

• Clients are able to book a Video Consultation ahead of time with a Healthcare Professional
