Ticketing support is available within the Backoffice Manager Portal for Business Admins for ease of access.
Steps:
From the Main Menu scroll down to the bottom and you will find SUPPORT
Users can submit a ticket from directly by going to the Support category from the Main Menu from here they will be able to select the desired nature of the support they are seeking ie. Pharmacy, Technical, General and submit the ticket accordingly
Clients can submit a ticket to Support from their login on your site.
