Booking Status

From the main menu go to Sales > PSF Sales Report to see the status of all your bookings. You will see filter options at the top such as date ranges and order status.

Select the dropdown in Order Status to see the below booking status and view their details.

  • Awaiting Labs: This tile shows all clients that are currently waiting for their lab results. Once these results are received by the Client, either the Client, Admin or Receptionist can book a medical consultation.

  • Awaiting Consultation: This tile shows all upcoming consultations. These bookings will automatically move to the “Consultation” stage once the healthcare professional completes the consultation.

  • Consultation: This tile allows you to view all completed consultations. At this stage the client, admin, or receptionist can order medication to be delivered to the Client.

  • Medication Ordered: This tile allows you to view all bookings that had medication ordered. These bookings will automatically move to “Medication Delivered” once the client has received and marked it as delivered.

  • Medication Delivered: This tile allows you to view all the Medication Orders that have been delivered. For NAD, the Client, Admin, or Receptionist will be able to book a service with a clinical service provider. For Semaglutide, the client will be able to start their program.

  • Completed: This tile shows all bookings that are fully completed.

  • Labs Booked: This tile shows all lab appointments that are booked. The bookings will automatically update to “Labs Completed” once the clients labs have been completed.

  • Labs Completed: This tile shows all completed lab bookings.

  • Lab Reports Received: This tile shows all clients that have received their lab reports.

  • Sessions Completed: This tile shows all booking sessions that are completed, but the Semaglutide program is not fully completed, or the client has not fully received their NAD dosage.
